A truly special wedding celebration from 24th May 2025 🤍The ceremony took place in beautiful Margam, followed by a relaxed and love-filled reception at the bride’s family home in Porthcawl. This was a DIY garden wedding, with the reception set beneath a stunning tepee, all lovingly decorated by the family.
Food was provided by Pickle Pumpkin, with DJ sound and lighting by Mat Mole keeping the party going, and a brilliant bar setup by Lloyd and Jodie 🍸✨I had the pleasure of being there as their wedding coordinator, helping the couple stay organised in the lead-up to the day and ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day itself. From multiple venue visits and detailed planning to coordinating suppliers, supporting guests, and managing all the little details behind the scenes, my goal was to allow the couple to fully relax and enjoy every moment.
In the couple’s words, “We were able to completely relax and enjoy every minute because we knew everything was under control. Every little detail went to plan, and the day truly exceeded our expectations.”They also shared how much they appreciated the calm, caring support throughout the day — from checking in with guests and supporting suppliers, to making sure they didn’t miss out on canapés during photos (always a must!) 🤍
