Mr & Mrs Kavanagh 2024

Anna and Tom hired me for my Full planning Package, they had booked their venue which was the beautiful Treowen House NP25 3EN. They hired me in 2023 in which we started planning all the suppliers they required and helped them put their plans on to paper.
We started planning their wedding way back in the beginning on 2023, at which point it was inconceivably far in the future, but it creeps up on you! We had monthly catch up calls with at the beginning, as I laid out to show a wedding generally goes down - they had never done it before, so didn’t really know what to expect!

"Emma made a lot of good suggestions for aspects of the wedding, and made us aware of things we hadn’t thought about, like glassware hire, bar staff, decoration etc. She was also patient and happy to go with our ideas, even as we have some what un-traditional tastes! She would prove instrumental in researching suppliers for everything we needed, and liaising with them on details, dates etc."
The regular calls made sure the couple had a to do list each time and milestones to achieve by the next one, so overall they were pretty prepared when the day came. I kept them up to date on when payments were due and to who, final dates for orders, guest numbers etc, and made sure everything was done in a timely manner with suppliers. We met up twice at the venue, once 6 months before, and the second time weeks before the wedding, where I helpfully suggested which rooms would be used for what, and the order of the day. The day before the wedding, I visited the venue to help with the set up, where "she went above and beyond, spending almost 4 hours with us! We put up lights, decorations, moved tables around, it was all chaotic, but she kept things moving." The day of the wedding, I was there to help, and make sure everything went smoothly, even going so far as to move 50 chairs from the garden up to the library on the first floor, when the heavens opened and moved the ceremony plans indoors!
"Overall, everything went smoothly on the day, thanks in no small parts to Emma's efforts. Emma, thank you so much for everything you did to make our day so special!"

It started off as a lovely day to have the ceremony out side but then the weather turned taking the ceremony inside in to the lovely library room
