I had the pleasure to be a part of Carly and Josh's special day, were they celebrated their big day with family and friends in the beautiful Brecon Beacons in South Wales on their families field.

The brides sister conducted the heart warming ceremony along with the family dog being the ring bearer/best man.
You can also see the stunning scenery in the evening.
Creating this magical ceremony with a semi circle arch and hay bales for seating.
Here are some images of where the guests sat for food and also where the evening entertainment was. In this amazing big tepee tent, you can see the benches and tables where guest sat for a delicious grazing plates throughout the day. With a handmade bar, where they hired two bar staff to help serve the drinks during the afternoon and and evening.
At the end of the tepee the had a lovely sitting area with a fire pit and blankets for guests to sit and enjoy a chat throughout the day.
For there wedding cake made by a family friend they choose a lovely naked cake style.
Here are some images of suppliers that the couple used for their big day.
They hired luxury toilets and they provided grazing dishes for their guests to nibble on throughout the day and also provided a delicious burger bus that catered for all dietary requirements.
In the evening they had a live band that performed amazingly and for evening food they hired a pizza hut supplier that made pizza's to order in a stone oven. They also went down a treat with the guests.
The day before the big day I was part of setting up the tepees and laying out everything ready for ceremony. I made sure that any decorations was set up and in the correct place the bride and groom wanted them. Went through how the couple would like the day to go and where they would like the food suppliers to set up on the day, so they could enjoy their day.

During the day I was in charge of the music throughout the day, this included the music for the ceremony and during the wedding breakfast. I made sure that the food the guests where having during the day turned up on time and was set up ready for the guests to have, I also did the same for the evening food. I made sure that the band that was the entertainment for the evening turned up on time and set up where the couple wanted them to be. I was also in charge of the microphones for the speeches and made sure they were set up and usable for the speeches.
